Sunday, November 3 - Lantau Family Hike



Join us for a family friendly hike with treasure hunt and picnic from Discovery Bay to Mui Wo.
It's a 6.2 km gentle hike with fund activities and puzzles for the families to solve in order to win the treasure.

Monday, November 4 - English Book Club



We will discuss the book ' The book thief/Boy in striped pyjamas'.

Monday, November 11 - Art workshop: Doodling Indian tribal art style



Painting and drawing is great to relax your mind and doing it in a group is fun as well.

With the guidance of our instructor Shradda  we will draw/doodle motives in Indian tribal art style.

The maximum number of participants is eight people and the cost is 350 HKD per person (material included)

Tuesday, November 12 - Full day trip: Explore the Hakka culture in Hong Kong



Travelling by speed boat we will visit two Hakka villages to learn about their culture and history.
Lai Chi Wo is a well preserved village, where we will get a tour by a local guide and enjoy a lunch at the home of a villager. Later we will visit an abandonded village and learn about the tragic history of this place.

Tuesday, November 19 - Bread baking the German way



We are very happy to be able to offer another of Anne Jacob's famous bread workshops.

Anne shows us how to prepare an easy, no-kneading sourdough bread, that works perfectly with the Hong Kong climate.

This month we will talk about the book 'Maschinen wie ich'.
